A delightful mild tea. Pretty to look at and, at the same time reported to offer a cupful of benefits. https://www.webmd.com/diet/rose-tea-good-for-you.  As with all herbs and flower teas, please do consult with your medical caregiver before using, particularly, if you are on any prescribed medicines.

If you don’t care for sweeteners and just want to sip this tea, by all means enjoy it your way. I like to drink it hot, however, you can also let it cool and chill in refrigerator for a while and enjoy it cold.

Tip: you can also freeze the tiny rose buds in ice cubes and use them as decorative chillers for other drinks.
